If you want to purchase Douglas Carnine’s U.S. History, in two volumes, intended for Sixth Grade schoolchildren, you have to call the University of Oregon bookstore and order it directly over the telephone. The toll-free number is 800-352-1733, or locally at 541-346-4331. The books are not listed or available on the University bookstore website.

MathMastery was initially developed for LaserDisk. It is a supplemental program which can be downloaded, for a price.

Red Sarna, of the Maine Maritime Academy, has created a program which randomly generates arithmetic problem sets, with answers, with a new set available every minute. You may want to try that before spending any money. This is not specifically a DI program.

Zig’s personal site, http://zigsite.com, has a number of highly interesting and worthwhile documents, some never before published, and a video. “Hirsch’s Carge Cults Revisited, October 2002, is a good place to start.
